Best Earbuds I Own

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Bose Ultra Open Earbuds and the most comfortable earbuds I own. The shape of my ear makes it difficult to find a product that doesn't cause pain after 10 minutes of use. The Bose Ultra Open Earbuds are comfortable - I've worn them all day with no pain. I fact, I forgot they were on once! The sound is also fantastic. I've used bone conducting for years and these blow those out of the water. The stereo and immersive options really make a difference, depending on what you're listening too.

GREAT SOUND BUT DON'T STAY IN MY EARS

The sound is really great, but I am disappointed in their ability to stay in my ears. I knew with the Bose name that the sound would be great. I got them based on how they were supposed to stay in one's ears well. I even had a young person help me! If I put the part that is supposed to be on the outside of the ears on the outside, it seems like the speaker part for the inside does not go where it's supposed to. It seems like the on/off button is the part that goes in/near the ear, not the sound end.

Good features but poor call volume

They fit very well and play music well but when used on a phone call the volume is soo low you can’t hear at all unless you are in a completely quiet room.

I'd recommend checking the call volume on your phone to make sure it is turned up, as it is a separate volume slider than when music is played back.
