Loving my earbuds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I actually really love it, it stays in my ears whenever I go workout at the gym, traveling to the city, using it at work when the sales reps are always having loud meeting. I love how stylish it is for my ears, I love the color I got and I am planning to get my husband a pair too since these are the only ones that don't fall out of our ears.

Amazing sound and comfort

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love Bose products. The sound is amazing!! I bought these for comfort and they did not disappoint. I only gave 4 stars because I sometimes have connections issues. They stop connecting to my iPhone for a period of time and then reconnect after an hour or so. I’ve contacted Bose and they have offered to exchange them. As long as they reconnect I’ll keep the ones I have. They no longer offer the lilac chill and I love the color!! If you are thinking if you should buy these, buy them you won’t be disappointed.

If you're going to buy, don't buy refurbished.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So, I was really excited to receive these, I've been looking for a new pair of earbuds to replace my airpods and I thought these would be a good choice. At first they were great, but I started to notice connectivity issues as well as static and feedback in both earbuds as well as generally not working consistently or super well. I know that because they are refurbished they might have had issues in the past, but I have issues with these almost every single day at this point.

Made for Apple products

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sound quality is horrible. I wouldn't have bought them had i known they were made for apple products. Callers couldn't hear me at all so disappointed.

The Bose Ultra Open Earbuds have two microphones in each earbud, and properly wearing them can greatly improve call quality performance. Blocked microphones may cause poor sound quality for the listener on the other end of the call. Please ensure the microphones are not obstructed by headwear and that the earbuds are positioned correctly on each ear.

Perfect for outdoor walkers wanting great audio

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recommend Bose Ultra Open Earbuds to anyone who uses headphones or earbuds on their outdoor walks. I bought mine for several reasons: First because I trusted the audio would be excellent since that is what Bose is known for. Second, I find traditional earbuds painful, so having an earbud that fits snug around the back of my ear was perfect. The first time I saw these beauties, I made plans to buy them. Finally, being a pedestrian in Phoenix is risky, so being able to hear outdoor sounds while walking makes my daily treks much safer.

I got mine new and they’re great, but my boyfriend got the refurbished ones and they’re awful. Static noise on left bud, battery percentages are always funky and die quickly specially during phone calls. Buy new if you can, the refurbished is not worth it

Best for working out

These are my favorite for workouts and yard work. They’re fantastic because you get great sound while still staying aware of your surroundings. I can listen to music and still hear my wife if she calls me—something you don’t get with most headphones.
