Open Ear Buds stay put when you are active

They are great to use when exercising at the gym, are comfortable and do not fall off the ears like conventional ear buds.
Great sound, easy to use, a quality product, that I highly recommend.

Comfortable sound quality and awareness

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my open earbuds! I don’t even notice they are in my ears when I’m working out. I can run for miles without a hint of them falling out. And the sound quality is still quite good. The awareness of my surroundings without sacrificing too much sound quality has made me feel safer whole running outside.

Comfortable and high fidelity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do a lot of walking and the open ear buds are fantastic. They are very comfortable, and the sound quality is incredible. I can listen to music and also hear everything going on around me, and don't have to have anything sticking in my ear. I highly recommend this product. The Bose quality sound really comes through.

Horrible quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love design. Great for listening to music! Now, the quality of phone calls is HORRIBLE! I can hear perfectly but the individual I am calling informs that they have a difficult time hearing me. Voice sounds as though I am in a Tunnel. So, I asked my husband to call me using my earbuds, guess what I could not hear him.Quality of calls is far less then poor. Sadly this is a replacement, problems haven’t changed. So sad. What happened to Bose quality? Zero stars!

Hello, thanks for leaving your thoughts of the Ultra Open Earbuds. It's great to hear you were impressed by the design and sound reproduction of the buds for music, but I'm sorry to learn you had problems with phone calls. Some key things I'd recommend checking if this happens are that you're still within close Bluetooth range of your smartphone, and that your bud is correctly inserted in the ear. Improper fit can result in the microphone not being pointed toward your mouth, which may result in poorer quality calls/external sounds being picked up instead of your voice.

Fantastic sound in quiet environments

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the ultra opens for a little over 2 months, and I'm glad i bought them. In a quiet environment they're providing exactly what i was looking for...fantastic sound from something that wasn't an earbud or headphone. The fact that i get this level of sound quality while still maintaining full situational awareness and/or being able to carry on a normal conversation with someone, definitely made them worth the price. With all that said, in louder environments (ie walking down the street, in a store/gym, etc), they definitely get drowned out by the ambient noise. But i figured that would happen when i purchased.them(given how they sit on the ear)...and since I wasn't buying them for that use case, I'm not deducting any stars. Regarding the fit, it moght seem odd at first, but they definitely stay in place, and after awhile, I can't even feel them. All in all, a great purchase for me.

Unique design and fit.

They feel light and secure with that same exceptional Bose quality sound. Great design : No in the ear pressure nor fidgeting with the fit. I love too how they magnetically clic right into the case!

What a great find!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these over two months ago due to unique new design and fit and was not disappointed. My first pair stopped charging, and Bose stepped up and replaced them extremely quickly. Second pair works awesome and I love the sound quality for being open ear. You would not know they are NOT in the ear buds just by listening as the sound is amazing.
