Great feature and comfort level

Earlobe Size Issue - But Great Sound Quality

The sound quality is great as a signature characteristic of Bose. The Bose Ultra Open Earbuds should have been made in a way that accommodates earlobe sizes. I have difficulty attaching the earbuds to my earlobes. it takes some doing to get the just right.

I'm able to hear my music, hear incoming calls but when I go to answer I'm not able to hear the person nor can the caller hear me. so I have to use my phones earpiece for phone calls INCONVENIENT

Best ever earbuds

I use them every day and I absolutely find them to be the most comfortable and stable earbuds I’ve ever owned. I’ve inadvertently walked into the shower twice because they are so comfortable you forget you’re wearing them. No problems and the sound is everything you would expect from Bose.
