These feel like clouds in my ears and they work so nice. Great sound quality and comfortable, sometimes I don’t even notice I have them in.

Great sound. No sound leaks

Had these about a week. The sound is clear and good levels between bass and treble. They don’t fit my ear as well as I hoped. I have some difficulty finding the immersive sound because I can’t quite get a happy fit. Evidently the outside rim of my ear is too large. I don’t quite know what the deal is. Maybe if there was a tiny bit more play in the expansion of the fit around the ear. I also get some static noise for no apparent reason to me. Otherwise I’m pretty happy with them. I love not having them stuck down in my ear causing me irritation and being able to hear when someone is talking to me. I’m still learning about all the maneuvering between the different modes of answering the phone calls and switching to listening to music or tv. I think it’s a good purchase all in all. Fantastic connectivity and fast charging. Wow! Still early days but I hope to give 5 star review in a couple more weeks.

Best fit and design

I bought a pair when they were first released and sadly had to send them back because of noise distortion. A year later I had to give it another try because I absolutely love the ear cuff design versus the in the ear bud. So far the second pair is perfect and no issues with the sound. The fit and sound is exceptional so if you’re hesitating to make the purchase just go for it you’ll love them!!!!

Had these for a few weeks now and I love them! Normal ear buds would hurt after using them for more than 30 minutes. These are super comfortable and can wear them for a couple hours while cleaning and working. Sound is amazing too, I can still hear what’s happening around me but it’s not enough to block my music or podcast that I’m listening to. So if someone comes in I can hear them & don’t get startled. Wonderful product & they are so pretty!

Best Earbuds Ever!

To be honest I wasn't sure what to expect with these open earbuds, but I must say I was pleasantly surprised. I love that they are not in my ears. They are not noise cancelling but the sound is powerful! Best purchase! I love love these earbuds!!

Open earbuds

I bought the deep plum ones for my birthday. The color is yummy. Then I used them. I had to tweak the placement on my right ear to make sure it was in line with the one in my left ear. I tried the stereo option for music. I didn't like it, so I tried the immersion sound. Wow. The music sounded as though I had my UltraComfort headphones on. Every time I moved my head, the music didn't fade out. I could hear all the instruments and the lead singer with no issues.

Call quality issues!

call quality is bad. i can barely hear anyone speaking on the other side. true with multiple devices and calls. The person on the other end also is not able to hear properly
