Perfect for tiny ears and excellent product

This product is more than I expected, but it is not comfortable for a big ears and the bass is really low in comparission to other earbuds of Bose. The color and the material are really premium, as the same way with the sound.

Exceptional Product - The Hype is Legitimate

The Hype is legitimate. I purchased because trad earbuds hurt my ears, and the buttons/methods to control them are not user friendly for a 56 YOA. This open style is infinitely more comfortable, and I can place them on different parts of my ear and they stay there. I honestly dont even feel them because they dont push on any skin or have to go into an ear hole. The control buttons are easy to find and you can feel the button with a finger and manage it with real clicks and not random taps, and the sound is somehow incredible even while someone is talking to you. Exceptional product.

Connection needs works

I really like the idea of the earbuds clipping to your ear rather than jammed inside your earhole. The only downfall I see is the there is static as it connects back and forth from my phone to my computer. I've also been told while on calls that I sound like I am in a wind tunnel. I was in an office and not outside so it should not sound like that.

My ears are too big. Great concept but the design does not fit me. Music is muffled in a noisy environment. Calls are muffled regardless of the ambient sound.

These are amazing. I use them when I work out at 2a.m. they make it where I can here other things if they come into gym. I feel safer being able to hear. Then I am also able to use them at work and also hear other things if I need too.
