Unique fit, better than anticipated sound

A whole new world of music!

I love these open earbuds! The sound is wonderful and the earbuds are very comfortable.
I am 81 years old and have just started to explore music streaming. I am really happy with the Bose product. I feel like I am moving in a new world! As I write, Segovia is serenading me with his guitar.

Not grippy enough

I love them and i had bought the Smokey white ones and they are good, but the only issue i have is i had to get new ones a year later. The flex earpiece part the cups on the ear lobe kind of got loose within the year. I only use them at the gym. They will not still in place and start sliding out of the perfect hearing spot. I thought it just needed to be clean after each use but that did not help. I ordered new ones and Bose gave me a decent discount and they seem grippier now. Not sure if it was improved but i guess time will tell. Otherwise, these open ear buds are great !!!!

Great open earbuds

Used it for almost 3 weeks. Excellent sounds like all Bose products and super easy to use. Very comfortable on the ears. The only down side, they are open earbuds; ergo, only suitable for low surrounding noise (gym, jogging, etc.). Used it on my weekly bike rides and on rough road surfaces or high speed (above 15 mph) cannot hear anything other the road noise or wind blowing.

Very disappointed

I bought these about a month ago and I’m very disappointed with them. I cannot hear anyone and no one can hear me.
The only time they are good is if I’m isolated in office alone, I would not recommend this purchase to anyone

Game changer for the visually impaired!

I'm visually impaired and use public transport or walk everywhere. I like listening to music and podcasts but using full noise cancelling earbuds even in "abient" or "aware" modes I am still unable to hear what is going on around me. I bought these because I like Bose brand and thought I would try them. They are brilliant!! I hear my media clearly and most importantly there is no intereference to the background noise I rely on, traffic etc. They are very lightweight, phone quality is pretty good, usual Bose quality. The biggest issue I have is that they are so unobtrusive I forget Im wearing them and when I take my sweater off they get knocked off my ears. Which if you read the first sentence makes them hard to find!! Not the earbuds fault though. To be clear they are not noise cancelling, they work in a noisy airport but are not loud enought for use on the plane. If your phone has an eq setting in its app playing around with that can really dial them in for your best sound. I really like them, use them all the time and will probably get a second set when they go on sale.

Waiting on a replacement

There is a short in the left unit. I sent out to be replaced on the second day in my possession. So technically I have only a limited opinion until I get my new ones. Not sure when I’ll ever get them it’s been almost a month now.

Great product!

These are excellent. Only issue is after a very short time I forget I'm wearing them. Sound is very good, near headphone experience.
