I love Bose and their warranty !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely LOVE my open ear buds. Foolishly I lost one at the gym, kept checking to see if it was turned in, but sadly, no. Was going to see if I could order just one to replace, but that wasn’t an option. Fortunately I had inquired about it through my warranty, sent it in with the prepaid label and boom, 10 days later I was rockin at the gym with a new pair! Thank you Bose, that’s just one of the reasons I will never use a different brand, sorry, but you’re stuck with me!!!!!!!

Great fit, good sonics, overall a nice product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First and foremost, the shape of my ear opening has never worked with Apple Air Pods or buds of a similar design. So the clip appealed to me, as well as the Bose reputation (I have their speakers in my house). The sound is good, though as you can imagine not as "immediate" as something that is in your ear canal. (Wear a wool hat and it gets better!) The tradeoff is you can be aware of ambient sound, which comes in handy.
They fit great, very comfortable (no pinch) and have never had one fall off. The controls work by tapping a top button on each bud. I've had to reread the instructions a couple times to remember "how many taps and where" for each function.
A big plus is that they hold a charge for a long time. I will use them 10 or more times before needed to plug in the charging case. Another nice feature is the myriad colors you can choose from.

Love my Baby Blue.

Great Earbuds

They stay secure when I go for a run as well. The sound is good, especially considering they are not for noise cancelling. Definitely glad I purchased them!

Comfortable and great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had my Bose Ultra Open Earbuds for more than six months, and they’ve been great. They’re comfortable enough to wear all day, and the sound quality is really good.
They also work really well for calls on my laptop while at the office or on the go. What I like most is that they let me listen without shutting everything else out. Because they’re open and not noise-canceling, I can keep them on while I’m working and still hear what’s happening around me.

Comfortable but not intended for loud environment

I love the feeling of not being inserted into my inner ear that would sometimes create discomfort and itchiness in the ear. This could be worn while listening in a room or place that is not too noisy because it does not have noise cancelling on it. The only problem I see is listening outside for music or taking phone calls because at times I can not hear the other party while walking on the streets because I can hear the background noise.
