The controls always work as expected and the battery does last for a solid four hours in immersive while I'm at work. This sound comes in so crisp. I'm especially impressed with the reach of coverage when my phone is downstairs and i go from room to room upstairs with no interruption at all.

Best when paired with a sound bar for personal surround sound and ideal for personal sound without disturbing anyone in the room if they are occupied with something else! Best Bose support for connectivity issues
