I bought these a month ago and they feel great, the way they fit around my ear is fantastic.
That being said, using them on an airplane isn't the best choice with all the background noise.
I already have another in-ear old style set of Bose earbuds with the curved shaped insert for the ear that sounds great, the only problem was keeping them in my ears.
I am going to try the new style in-ear Bose ear buds and hopefully three is the charm.

Great for music/Not so great for taking calls...

So this is the second pair I've purchased....my pair was specifically purchased for the gym. My partner saw them and wanted a pair too. So I bought the second pair which they use hands free mostly and to listen to music...taken calls is not very good, it's delayed and you have to constantly repeat yourself as the person on the other end can't hear you very well. It is very disruptive to that end but for listening to music it is fab. Is there any advise to improve the calls quality?

Like them but don’t love them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these in late 2025. I loved the clear sound. The open ear concept I’ve grown to love since I’m on a bicycle a lot and need to be sonically aware. The one thing I thought about was how the buds keep slipping off my ear as I was just moving around my house. Given how easy it was to lose in my home I didn’t want to try them for long outside and end up with one earbud on my ride back.
I recommend them if you know you’re just walking or for stationary meetings but not for full blown exercise and similar activities.

Excellent, Purchased Multiple Pairs.

I love how they allow me to wear glasses, hats, listening with great Bose sound quality, yet still able to hear other noises. But they can be bumped off accidentally; I've lost the left earbud of two different pairs. I have purchased pairs for others in my family; they love theirs too.

Week 1 of having the buds and I am getting used to it. I like that I don’t have to plus my ears so far that is a pro, the one improvement would be seamless call pickup on iPhone, it’s also hard to hear on calls.

I am a general contractor. I wear these when working or at job sites to have music but can still hear the surroundings. The sound is nice and clear. Not the loudest but very good sound. I prefer my in ear buds if I really want to feel the music.
