Great product

Not sure why it has lower reviews. It does what it says, is easy to use. It’s small and lower profile compared to others like it. It’s a great option if you don’t want a smart watch but want the benefit of being able to track your steps and exercise. Plus the battery lasts for 5 days so you aren’t left charging it every night.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I like that it is small and lightweight, keeps track of my steps and sleep, it has many options. My dislikes are that after spending over $200 on this, they want you to pay monthly to get full benefit of all options. Also when promoting this watch it says fully waterproof! What it doesn’t tell you is that you need to remember to turn on the waterproof option, and while it’s on most other stuff won’t work!

The Lux is easy to set up. It has all the features I was looking at a reasonable price point, as well as fitting my wrist well. My only suggestion for improvement would be the availability or options for a few more different wrist bands at a good price point.

Great Replacement

I had an Altra H which was acting up and I could barely see the screen anymore. This one is so much easier to see at any time of the day. I wanted a narrow face and this is perfect. It charges quickly and is comfortable to wear. Have it setup to notify me of my messages, phone calls, emails etc. Easy to setup. Sale price was a good incentive to upgrade.

Sleek and functional!

I was worried about wearing a Fitbit to bed. I thought it would be uncomfortable but I cannot even tell I’m wearing it! Easy to use, I bought this for my mom after purchasing one for myself. She is already sending me screenshots of her sleep patterns and updating me on her step progress. Would recommend to anyone looking for a Fitbit that’s compact and comfortable.

Misleading

I bought the Luxe because it claims to have always-on display. I need seconds to be displayed for at least 1 minute to be able to check vitals on my patients. The clock face I chose said that Time was an always-on feature. It's not. The seconds on every clock face disappear after about 4 seconds. That makes this purchase useless. I gave it 2 stars because I really like the small size and the shape is nice. I just wish it did what it claims

Have small wrist but it fits well. Features that monitor health are really accurate and the app is very informative. Sleep monitor even shows breathing patterns. Took a couple of days to get used to the features.
