Very happy overall! Chair is very comfortable which is important due to the amount of time I end up at my desk using it. When it first arrived there was a small tear in the backrest cover on the top corner. Resolved in just one phone call with a wonderful live customer service representative who was experienced in this particular product. I was offered a full replacement chair or just the backrest piece. I went with the replacement backrest as I could build and use the chair right away and just change the backrest at my leisure as I did not have to send the old one back. Replacement arrived in a few days. Very satisfied with the quality and value of my new chair the customer service experience and everything involved in this purchasing experience in general.

I have not used any adjustments yet. So far out of the box I have plenty of back and butt support. The chair is larger than I expected but not throne like. Rolls good and supports my 350 lb self.

Very comfy. HOWEVER does NOT go low enough and does NOT recline very much. my old chair went way lower and reclined much more. hard to take a nap when you can't get low enough to hide from your customers behind the service desk. Now I have to stay awake all day at work.

Much taller than it looks! I'm a very Big & Tall guy... This chair is VERY comfortable with my 340 lb. Butt sitting in it. Not short so having a back that comes up to my head is critical and difficult to find. This Is Great! The headrest extends much like the seat in my truck/car. Tall in the seat with short legs SO it well accommodates my BIG Frame holds me up nicely I love that the armrests flip up but comfortable when down. Assembly could really not have been EASIER! Instructions were far more clear than anything I have encountered in many years. Simple WELL designed even the screws in separated packages Per Each Step. Very easy Firmly fitting Hex Bolts Already coated with thread lock. NOT a "Cheap" Chair. Lumbar padding is very nice. Longevity is for much later. I have had this for about a week. But LOVE IT... I'm an "Ole Fart Gamer" and spend too much time in my office chair. This Chair is nearly perfect! (Adjustable Lumbar Support would make this a 100% Perfect. But it's good) Looks EXACATLY as the sales pictures. Wide Tall Comfy Attractive all I want.
