Very comfy. HOWEVER does NOT go low enough and does NOT recline very much. my old chair went way lower and reclined much more. hard to take a nap when you can't get low enough to hide from your customers behind the service desk. Now I have to stay awake all day at work.

Much taller than it looks! I'm a very Big & Tall guy... This chair is VERY comfortable with my 340 lb. Butt sitting in it. Not short so having a back that comes up to my head is critical and difficult to find. This Is Great! The headrest extends much like the seat in my truck/car. Tall in the seat with short legs SO it well accommodates my BIG Frame holds me up nicely I love that the armrests flip up but comfortable when down. Assembly could really not have been EASIER! Instructions were far more clear than anything I have encountered in many years. Simple WELL designed even the screws in separated packages Per Each Step. Very easy Firmly fitting Hex Bolts Already coated with thread lock. NOT a "Cheap" Chair. Lumbar padding is very nice. Longevity is for much later. I have had this for about a week. But LOVE IT... I'm an "Ole Fart Gamer" and spend too much time in my office chair. This Chair is nearly perfect! (Adjustable Lumbar Support would make this a 100% Perfect. But it's good) Looks EXACATLY as the sales pictures. Wide Tall Comfy Attractive all I want.

The chair is extremely sturdy comfortable and large. Also extremely easy to assemble to the point my husband said if you can’t figure out how to put it together with the extremely detailed instructions then you do not deserve the char!🤣

My old chair felt too small and was falling apart so I was looking for a new one. This one is comfortable and was not too difficult to put together. I was a little dissappointed in some of the features but overall it is a good chair.

It's looks better than the photo's. A little stiff but I can tell it needs to break in. Which I think is better It's not cheap and should hold up well. It's so hard to buy a chair without setting in it. But this one pay 'ed off for me. The lumbar pushed out a little. But i sit indian style in it just fine. 5'8" 220lbs. Thrilled with this purchase. Looks rich.
