I would not buy this chair again. I do not find it very comfortable. The seat fabric has rankled around the front.

Low quality!

Purchased the chair a couple of months ago, within a week the arm rests started to feel loose, I figured it’s fine it’s not that bad, now both arm rests are extremely loose and flop all around. Poor quality chair!

Disappointing Durability for a 400 lb Rated Chair

This chair was great and very comfortable for the first year and a half, but eventually it stopped staying locked in the back position. The lever ultimately broke while I was sitting in the chair during a meeting, which was extremely embarrassing and especially disappointing considering the chair is rated for 400 lbs and I weigh around 250 lbs.

My assistant had been mocking from months that my old office chair had died. It wasn't till another worker was sitting in it that I noticed he was sitting sideways. I have purchased all my office chairs at Staples starting with the less expensive when we were starting out and moved up as the company had more money. This one was advertised as being able to hold up to 400 pounds which gives me room to grow! It's amazing for the price as I have seen one's that were triple in price.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Ok so I really liked this chair. Until the chair cant hold its height. Too often it will just start slowly dropping. Good thing I got insurance for it.
