First chair I received has a bunch of stitching errors and I had to return it.
Second chair I got had the arms become floppy loose after about two days. So the armrest can just fall into the down position with the slightest bump. Returned it.
Comfort was ok but the lumbar support is way too much imo.

After purchasing and returning at least four different chairs, I really did not think I would find exactly what I was needing. After sitting in this chair at Staples, it really became my number one choice quickly, with the firmness and relax comfort. A bit pricey, but well worth it, especially for someone with back and neck issues who sits at their home computer for long periods of time. My only "CON", for this chair is I wish the arms were not as "wide". (I'm 5'6" a little on the short side).

Comfortable and perfect for everyday use. Everyone who ever sat in it loved it. I am short so I had to get a foot stool but definitely plenty of room for a plus sized person. It reclines nicely and very comfortable for everything from working from home and playing games to even just sitting back and watching a show. This is the second chair I have gotten. It’s amazing and surprisingly easy to build. I am just a girl but loved how the pieces were separated by step and not just a giant pile of screws.
