I needed a larger chair as most I have used do not sit high enough for my long legs. This chair is very comfortable the width and height are great. However started having issues about 3-4 weeks after the purchase. When I lean back the height drops. Have called for warranty support but boy is it a time consuming process. We will see if the replacement parts fix the issue.

bought two of these for our office I'm 6'2 295lbs and my coworker is 5'9 350lbs we are both bigger dudes and we like this chair a lot it was easy to build and the box was super heavy makes me think it should be sturdy and will last a while.

The chair seems really comfortable and built well but it doesn’t recline back and the reviews said it does so that’s my only disappointment. I’m looking for the same chair but one that reclines.

Very happy overall! Chair is very comfortable which is important due to the amount of time I end up at my desk using it. When it first arrived there was a small tear in the backrest cover on the top corner. Resolved in just one phone call with a wonderful live customer service representative who was experienced in this particular product. I was offered a full replacement chair or just the backrest piece. I went with the replacement backrest as I could build and use the chair right away and just change the backrest at my leisure as I did not have to send the old one back. Replacement arrived in a few days. Very satisfied with the quality and value of my new chair the customer service experience and everything involved in this purchasing experience in general.

I have not used any adjustments yet. So far out of the box I have plenty of back and butt support. The chair is larger than I expected but not throne like. Rolls good and supports my 350 lb self.
