This chair is heavy but comfortable for a bigger frame. At just over 6' tall and 300# this chair works for me. Well constructed and having arms that rotate up allow the chair to be pulled right to your desk.

I ordered this chair online and received quick delivery to my office. The box had clearly been opened before and was re-taped before I received it. I had a feeling that the chair sent to me may have been a returned item from another customer. Inside the box some of the bubble wrap and packaging material was torn strengthening my suspicion that this was a returned item. Upon inspection I found a gouge on the base near the edge where a wheel would be inserted. I repacked the chair back in the box and requested an exchange online. The same driver returned to my office the next day took the box with the damaged chair and delivered another. This box looked new and unopened so I felt pretty good. However as I was unpacking the box I discovered that one of the leather armrests had a hole in the very thin material. I really need a chair so I thought I might keep it even with the defect but then I realized that the hole is just going to get larger. So once again I packaged up the chair and requested another replacement online today. This has been a frustrating experience but at least the Staples return and exchange process is easy and quick. Quality control on this chair appears to be lacking by the manufacturer. Hopefully the third one will be free of defects. Two stars for now because the defects are cosmetic rather than functional (I haven’t even had a chance to try out the chair to review it’s function). Hopefully the third time is a charm…

I needed a larger chair as most I have used do not sit high enough for my long legs. This chair is very comfortable the width and height are great. However started having issues about 3-4 weeks after the purchase. When I lean back the height drops. Have called for warranty support but boy is it a time consuming process. We will see if the replacement parts fix the issue.

bought two of these for our office I'm 6'2 295lbs and my coworker is 5'9 350lbs we are both bigger dudes and we like this chair a lot it was easy to build and the box was super heavy makes me think it should be sturdy and will last a while.

The chair seems really comfortable and built well but it doesn’t recline back and the reviews said it does so that’s my only disappointment. I’m looking for the same chair but one that reclines.
