Weird lumbar support setup

The lumbar support is terrible. It is like a hard cushion attached to the back on the chair. Not fixed but wiggles. I have sat in this chair 1 afternoon and don't think I can do a full day.

Great office chair

I have been having lower back pain, and my old office chair was making it worse. Not a miracle, but this chair is working. Great office chair - very comfortable. Box is heavy because of the weight of the seat and back - dense foam, it is.

The chair is big and nice. Pretty comfy as well, 2 months in, and the mechanism to lock in the chair at a certain angle already broke. I'm only 250lbs

I should hesitate in leaving this review... but I am pretty happy! I hope this chair lasts about 5 years like my last chair. It is very comfortable. I didn't realize my other chair was so... not padded haha! I love that the arms can be moved, lower back support, adjustable headrest...

seat is not parallel to the floor. it is slanted to the right. forces you to lean that way. it’s clearly tilted. not happy. where’s the quality control?
