Chair is comfortable, roomy, and seems sturdy. However, the reclining lock that is supposed to either keep the chair from leaning back or force it to remain reclined does not function very well at all. It takes minimal pressure for the lock to stop working, produce a loud snap sound, and either send you flying backwards or forwards depending on the situation. I normally cannot even push with my feet to back the chair up without the lock malfunctioning and chair reclining on me. Since this chair is meant for bigger people, that lock should definitely be much stronger. Would definitely be 5 stars if that lock worked correctly, but I consider that a pretty big flaw.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Somewhat led astray with the assembled floor model. Despite being for "Big & Tall," (for which signage was to obvious), my feet touched were squarely flat on the floor ---- I'm 5'9" --- and I thought "great!!" But when received and I assembled mine, I cannot put my feet flat and need a foot rest. Not a BIG deal, but as I said, the floor model was misleading. That said, a very comfortable chair so far, and assembly could not be easier.

Almost perfect but a great chair for the money

Having done a lot of research on chairs this was the one that checked all of my boxes. It’s very cushy but also firm. Great wide seat and looks good. What’s preventing it from 5 stars is the back is a bit aggressive. Hopefully over time it flattens down a bit.

Not Comfortable At All

I am 6'2" 275Lbs and the fact that this chair is targeted towards the Big and Tall crowd is ridiculous. I've had my chair for less than a day and regret the purchase entirely. The cushion is extremely shallow, which on its own is not entirely a deal breaker. The lumbar support is waaaaay to much and almost pushes you out of the already shallow cushion. This combination makes for an extremely uncomfortable experience. Do not waste your money.
