The chair was super easy to build. It was one of the easiest I've ever assembled. Once it was done it does seem like the gas cylinder isn't suited for a heavy user. I keep thinking its losing its seal slowly. The chair is comfortable though and I like being able to have goof lower back support and a comfy seat.

Chair was for the most part easy to build. So far it has been comfortable to sit in and extremely convenient for me to operate during work. I put 4 stars because I've only had the chair a week.

I've had 2 Lockland chairs and they've always broken within the year (Not sure how I'm way under the max weight capacity) and they wil always break with the screws coming off the side. This one however seems like a significant upgrade and is much more comfortable and sturdy. Will update review if any issues occur with the chair.
