Comfortable for the big and tall

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow this chair was easy to setup. It took my husband about 20 minutes of the box. He is a big man at 6'1 320 lbs and he looks small in it! The fabric seems well made and is cushioned in the right places with the right balance of firmness and softness. It adjusts nicely and doesn't jar you when doing so. He has room on both sides and sits very comfortably. It does spin very freely and doesn't squeak. Our toddler tested out the spinning feature thoroughly and was adamant that she should continue her testing. The only thing we didn't like about it was the parts that look chrome are actually plastic. Other then that for the price and comfort this is a great chair!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This chair has lots of cushion to be nice and comfy. I appreciate the lumbar support on the back of the chair. It is wider than regular office chairs to accommodate wide hips. I would reccomend building it in the room that you will use it in though. My husband built it in the livingroom and it was a bit of a squeeze to get it into my office but the arms held up fine with no scratches. You can move the arms up out of the way of your hips if that is needed. Looks nice and sleek. The back is stationary I would prefer a back that would move as well. But overall a good sturdy office chair.

The Office Thorne of Comfort

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When the box arrived to my home I stared at it like it was a 10 000 piece puzzle. I thought "Yikes This is how I go buried in chair parts." But nope! My husband and I assembled this chair in 15 minutes flat. ( I'd like to note that it was simple there was no arguments and no missing parts a miracle for sure) Now I wear a women's 3XL and my husband wears a Men's 2XLT so chairs are usually a gamble. But this one? We both sat down and went "oooooh" No chair arms digging into my torso no awkward squishing just glorious room and comfort. The back of the chair even extends to fit taller folks and the lumbar support? its like a little hug for your lower spine. After sitting in it for a full work day I can say this: your booty deserves better and this chair delivers! The cushion is plush the padding is heavenly and your behind will thank you for the upgrade. it says it made of "bonded leather" I don't really know what that means but it looks and feels fancy enough that I'm just pretending I do. The material is sleek not fussy and all the mechanical parts glide like butter - no squeaking no weird resistance and no need to wrestle with the height and tilt. The best part of this chair is it doesn't scream and screech when I move in it. It is quiet smooth and makes me feel like the office royalty I was born to be.

Feeling large and in charge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow this chair isn't messing around! From the high-quality materials to the plush ergonomic form this chair is fit for a boss (or anyone who spends a fair amount of time at their desk). My favorite features are the adjustable headrest extra plush cushioning pivoting armrests and oversized seat for comfort and flexibility. The material feels very durable and sturdy. It is quite heavy which is nice for stability but does make it a bit cumbersome to maneuver. When they say this chair is Big and Tall they aren't joking. My husband is 6'1" 250lbs and he feels small in it. There are two downsides I have noticed with the chair so far. The first is that the headrest doesn't lock in place so if anyone leans on the top of the headrest it slides out of postion. Second the base of the chair has begun to squeak and the sound has gotten quite loud. I think the noise is coming from the hydraulic component and will most likely need to be taken apart and lubricated. Apart from these minor hiccups the chair is a fantastic luxury chair that provides amazing support and comfort.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first glance this chair looked good the material was decent quality and it seemed very sturdy. It was certainly made for the big and tall! My husband is 6’2” and his feet didn’t rest firmly on the floor. He is 220lbs and felt that the chair supported his weight well however was not designed to be ergonomic for doing computer work. The headrest adjusted up and down but also needed a tilt to support the headrest while looking at a computer screen. The armrests can be up or down but nothing in between and are much too wide to support the arms when typing. The seat back had a position that was much too relaxed for doing actual work. This chair was a miss for us when it comes to an office chair for working but would be great if you’re looking to do some office lounging!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Randolph Executive Big and Tall Chair is a great option for anyone looking to blend comfort with functionality. This chair doesn’t just look the part—it delivers. From the first sit generous cushioning and ergonomic design hug your frame (big or small) and keep your bottom firmly in place even during long work sessions. Its wide seat and high back offer excellent support while the smooth-rolling casters make maneuvering around your office effortless. It’s cozy sturdy and feels built to last. Just a small con however. The tilt lever on the side which is supposed to control the recline function can be frustratingly recalcitrant. While the rest of the chair responds to your needs with ease this one feature seems to have a mind of its own—sometimes refusing to engage or disengage without a fight. It’s a minor gripe in the grand scheme but it’s enough to make you pause when you go to lean back. That said the Randolph remains a top-notch choice for comfort and performance in the realm of executive office chairs.

A plush executive level office chair

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a remote worker so I spend a minimum of 40 hours a week in my office chair. The Staples Randolph Big and Tall is a luxurious chair! It is incredibly plush and includes easy to clean bonded leather fabric. The assembly was pretty simple and includes metal screws for added longevity and support. I appreciate the ergonomic oversized foam padded seat as the padding supports just my knees in a way that helps me keep better posture. I have not had this padding in any prior chair. The padded arms raise to allow it to fit under a desk which is great for my small office space. There are many adjustable parts of this chair to personalize your comfort level. My favorite part is that this chair makes me feel like an executive in my little home office!

Executive Big and Tall Chair review

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I’m very impressed with the Executive Big & Tall Chair. As someone who is 6'4" and around 300 lbs this is the first office chair I’ve used that truly feels like it was made for me. The chair is both supportive and comfortable and I finally feel like I can sit for extended periods without constantly shifting or dealing with discomfort. The materials are excellent. Although it's made of bonded leather it looks and feels so much like genuine leather that I wouldn’t have known the difference without checking. It has a soft yet durable feel a rich color and so far—after a month of daily use—it shows no signs of wear. The cushioning is thick and comfortable and is holding its shape well. The rollers glide smoothly on both soft carpet and hard floors without leaving any marks which is a nice bonus. One of my favorite features is the flip-up armrests which make it easier to get in and out of the chair and allow more flexibility in movement such as reaching sideways or adjusting your sitting position. The headrest is adjustable though I do wish it offered a bit more range especially for taller users. Still it's sufficient for my height and there’s about two inches of vertical seat adjustment left if I ever need it. The chair adjusts easily and locks firmly into place which gives a great sense of stability. Unlike other chairs I’ve tried I never feel like I’m going to tip over even when leaning back. The lumbar support isn’t adjustable but it feels adequate and provides consistent lower back support throughout the day. If I had one critique it would be the use of shiny plastic in areas where metal might offer more durability or a premium feel—but so far everything feels solid and well-built. In short this chair looks great feels great and performs well. I feel more comfortable throughout the workday and my hips and back are noticeably less fatigued compared to previous chairs I’ve used. For any big and tall individuals looking for a chair that actually fits I highly recommend giving this one a try.
