[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really nice . Took sometime for me to set this up at first . But it does work really well to cool off room or heat up a room a large room at that . It was used downstairs and it worked really well and it’s a smart machine so you can use your phone to set this up and use it .

Living in a four seasons area, the heating element has been helpful when working in the garage during the winter months. Furthermore, the ac is the bigger assistance during the summer due to not having ac in the house. Helps to balance out the room we use the most including the bed rooms.

The heat works great. We haven't tried the air part since it's been so cold here but I know it will work great to.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't know what I was expecting, but it's big and heavy so unless you can pick up at around 60 pounds unit by yourself, be aware, you will need help. You will need to leave your window open, but it delivers a good amount of coldness and as we are using it as an emergency unit, it is just enough to cool to a cold temperature our master bedroom and decent to our living room. So Yay! It actually goes a little lower than the temperature selected and it is slightly loud, but I'm used to white noise so it doesn't bother me at all. All in all, a great unit. We haven't need to try the heat as we live in Texas and it's warm already in winter, but I'm confident it will work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a couple weeks ago and it works great it's portable so it moves from room to room I really the the fact that it has a timer and a remote control I have a room in the back of my house that needs to stay warmer because I have a beard dragon and it works great to help keep that one room warmer without having to raise the heat in the rest of the house

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have this Smart Portable AC for my small garage for a over half year since I can't install a wall in AC. So far I love it! It has a build in wheels under it, so it is easy for me to move it around.
The 10,000 BTU provides enough coolness in my summer-hot garage. And the heater working great in the winter time.
I pick the black color so it doesn't look dirty in my garage.
