Assembly was a little wonky. I suggest a sturdy table to work on. The one tool you need (Allen wrench) was provided and the instructions were fairly straight-forward. To start the mesh fabric provides cooling and friction to prevent slipping. There are two adjustment levers under the seat height and a lock-unlock from upright to recline and vice-versa. When I am working on the computer the upright position provides excellent lumbar and shoulder support. The arm rests are also adjustable and the five wheels move smoothly when needed. When I decide to kick-back to watch a video the recline position was also surprisingly comfortable. The headrest can also be angle adjusted up-down. I am very pleased with this chair.
