Disappointed

At its most forward position, the seat back is at a 20 to 30 degree angle back, meaning there is no support if you wish to sit up straight at your desk.
Not sure why they did this – especially since the chair does have 3 locked positions for back recline angles. It would be nice if one of them had the seat fully straight up!
This makes the chair very uncomfortable and causes backaches when working at your desk.

The seat of the chair leans forward slightly, making it feel as though you will fall forward. I have to keep my feet planted in front of me to stay in the seat.
The arm rests are very uncomfortable. My elbows hurt after a few hours of using the chair.
Took longer than I thought to assemble. Very solid but the lumbar support was uncomfortable no matter how it was positioned. We returned this and ordered a different model with mesh seat.
As other reviewers have said, this chair has you constantly slouching/leaning back. I am 6’6” and 260 lbs and bought the chair for its height. But it’s horrible otherwise. I am hoping they’ll let me swap it for a chair that lets me sit upright like an adult.

I asked my workplace to buy this for me. It looked pretty good. The back angle is all wrong and is different than the picture. It has you leaning back at 30 - 45 degrees locked in the upright position. The lumbar support cannot be removed and feels like someone's knee in my back. Also, the lowest position is too high for my desk. I have my computer set up in the corner of the two desk pieces and the chair makes me bend over to set my arms on the desk.
I’m a big guy at 6’2 and 325. I’m swimming in this chair. It has nowhere close to an upright position and it’s just not a comfortable set up. If you like to be slouched back and reclined permanently it might be fine, but if you sit up straight you might as well be sitting on a stool because you’ll never touch the backrest or Lumbar support with you back…not a good option IMO. Should have kept the box and returned. Now I’m stuck with a terrible chair that never gets used…
