Good chair with a major flaw

The concept of mesh is nice with the nice headrest. The lumber support piece broke off very soon and not it hurts/pokes in your back. I believe the build quality of that particular piece is not good. I would not recommend for long seating for 4/5 hours Would not buy again

The chair is overall of good quality and comfort! I do wish the headrest was adjustable. I am 6’ 2” and I have to use the chair without the headrest because it doesn’t hit me in the right spot.

Good comfort chair for the price. The head rest is a bit low.

Forced to by my own chair for the job because my company is the worst. I chose this chair because it makes me feel like a queen in my pauper position.
