What's Not to Like--Comfort & Easy Assembly

Tested this chair at two different Staples stores. Felt great at both. My back loves the tilting feature which allows it to stretch and my knees love the adjustable height. The neck rest is also adjustable but only one position works for me. My one minor complaint are the arms--they are a bit high for my petite frame. As long as you read the instructions and lay out the parts on the floor assembly should be easy. I used my bed to give me leverage for the final step of putting the back on the lower part of the chair. Note that the wheels included are for carpeted floors only. Consequently I purchased wheels for multi-surfaces.
