It's easy to assemble even if you're not handy. Very comfortable and the back and neck support is great. I sat in this in the store and ordered online because the price was significantly less. Only had it a couple weeks but I'm happy so far.

I would have given it 5 stars but the headrest is weird. It tends to push your head forward awkwardly making it uncomfortable so I got rid of the headrest. Otherwise I like the rest of the chair.

Love the chair! Great support and rather cozy. Finally a chair that fits an average sized woman... in stead of a tall stalky man like the rest of the chairs are built.
