I got my chair and assembled. Then I noticed a couple places have already minor damage and broke. Obviously it is not new chair. I bought 5 same chairs for my office in past few years this is the first time had bad experience.

This is a very comfortable chair with a lot of nice features. Love the red color because I'm tired of drab gray or black office chairs. Nice lumbar support and head rest too. The mesh fabric breathes well which is great for long hours at work. I got it on sale which was also nice.
