Great feeling chair but hydraulic already broken

Chair feels great sitting in it but less than 3 months old. It is now slowly sinking whenever I sit in it. 2 or 3 times an hour I have to raise it back up. I'm past return eligibility. Gave 3 stars for now we'll see how easy an RMA is to get...

Thank you for this excellent chair design Staples! I find that I'm more productive because I WANT to get into this chair. The comfort for someone at the computer for many hours really pays off in terms of body health.

Comfortable Supportive Ergonomic

Title says all and easy to assemble. Not many products work well for a 5'2" but this does and no worries about overheating/sticking with the mesh. Doesn't cost a fortune either.
