Comfortable overall. I wish the head rest could move a bit more. Perhaps up and down.

I work out of my home and was in search of a chair that “fit” me. Had my eye on this one for a long time; finally bit the bullet and so glad I did.

If you're 6ft or taller the head rest is annoying and not adjustable.

Happy with it. Comfortable has reasonable range of adjustments. I was especially impressed by the assembly “packaging” and instructions. All the parts and connectors (bolts) have IDs that key to the instructions. Assembly is quick and easy. I think the seat back “tilt” could have more than the 3 positions that it can be locked in.
