If you're 6ft or taller the head rest is annoying and not adjustable.

Happy with it. Comfortable has reasonable range of adjustments. I was especially impressed by the assembly “packaging” and instructions. All the parts and connectors (bolts) have IDs that key to the instructions. Assembly is quick and easy. I think the seat back “tilt” could have more than the 3 positions that it can be locked in.

My first Hyken Mesh Computer and Desk Chair was a gift to replace an old chair that I used at my sewing machine. It was so comfortable that when they came on sale again I purchased one to use at the other sewing machine!
