Was very easy to put together out of the box. Very comfortable. Easy to operate. Left arm rest wiggle slightly despite the fact that I tightened the screws all the way - this is slightly annoying. Would recommend this chair.

It is very comfortable. The ergonomics on this chair is perfect. The employee I bought it for has sciatica nerve pain in his lower back. He has tossed out the pillow he sits on since having received the chair. The support is great he feels supported in the right areas of his body while sitting.

I haven't had it for very long but this is a pretty nice chair particularly for the money. It's comfortable enough for me to sit on for hours at a time. Maybe I'm weird but I'm not using either the armrests or the headrest. Armrests end up bothering my shoulder when I use a mouse a lot and the headrest makes the chair look very high and imposing in our home office (and I wouldn't use it anyway). Without these the chair seems to fit at least visually much better in the office. My wife also bought one of these chairs but returned it because it couldn't be adjusted as low as the one she tried in the store. In fact my chair is higher than the one she got so there seems to be a quality control issue there. I'm a bit nervous about the reports of staples coming out but so far so good.

Went to buy a new chair for my home office. The young fellow who waited on us went out of his way to make sure the chair in the slightly damaged box was not harmed. He also carried it out and loaded it into our car. Really appreciated the extra step.

This is the most comfortable computer chair I have had in years. I have short legs and I can sit way back and still have my feet on the floor. Comfortable back support. Wish I would have found it years ago. I would recommend this to anyone
