The instructions to assemble the chair were clear and easy. We have had one of these for a while now and this is our second. Very comfortable for long hours behind the computer.

Overall this chair is great. Setup was easy and simple and the chair has a lot of adjustability. The only thing I dislike is the headrest which is protruded a little forward which causes a little more strain on my next than I'd like.

Nice chair. Well built and having staff assemble it saved a lot of hassle time. Good value for the money

So far OK...but I had to take the arms part after speaking to Ergonomic specialist. It's better than what I had at the office.

It’s been almost a month since I bought this chair and so far it’s been great. Very comfortable especially for a short person (5’2”) like me that the neck rest is where I like it. I have the chair set relatively loose on the tension so it gives a nice relaxing tilt back when I’m on the phone or when I just want to lean back and stretch. I’m sure a Herman Miller chair would be nice but for the price this chair is a great value for the money. Another great plus is that I got to try it at a Staples store before I bought it. I couldn’t find a retail place to try a Herman Miller and I’m not about to plunk down that kind of money without trying it first. So I’m super glad that I have this!
