i work long hours and having lots of neck (and sometimes back) pain with my two other office chairs. i worked at a friends house for 2 days; 9 hrs one day 8 hrs straight on the next day. i had NO back/neck pain and ordered this chair from her house! i've now been working in this chair for 2 weeks and still loving it!
