I have been looking to replace my 15 year old chair for over a year now and this chair is great. I sit at my computer for long hours at a time and wanted a chair that supported by lower back when I was typing and was comfortable when I am on the phone. I am only 5’3” and it is the perfect size for my torso and the headrest is perfect. I didn’t think I would like the headrest but I do! If you don’t want a headrest you can leave it off or take it off. Also big thanks to the folks at the store who put it together!
Very Comfortable supports in all the right places for me!

I have had this chair less than a month and I really do like it. It's the most comfortable chair I have ever had! It supports you in all the right places. We have these chairs at my work so I wanted it for my home office since I work remote. I would give it 5 stars if it wasn't for the minor flaw on the seat. It arrived with two broken strands used on the seat cover it appears something sharp inadvertently hit there and cut them (I did not use a knife or box cutters to open the package). I didn't notice it when it was put together as it's very hard to see due to the seat pattern. It doesn't seem to affect the overall integrity of the chair and it doesn't appear to have gotten worse. Overall I would definitely recommend this chair just check it over before assembly.
I had been having lower back problems and my chair at work only made it much worse. I couldn't take it anymore and I left work and went to Staples to find a chair that would make it easy on my back. I tested as many as I could. This chair gave relief to my back. I purchased it at my own cost and I haven't regretted it. This is a wonderful chair. It gives my back the best support. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that I had to put it together. If you purchase it you may consider having the company (Staples) to assemble it. (It wasn't like it was very difficult but I just didn't feel like putting anything together.)
