Very Comfortable. I like that the chair seat isn't too deep so I have good support as my back actually rests on th eback of the chair

Comfortable and feels good on my back

I bought the chair to help alleviate a sore lower back problem. The chair is not as comfortable as the chair that I replaced but that one was irritating my back because it put me in a poor sitting position. This one holds me up straighter and give me lumbar support. My only issue with the chair is that the mesh fabric has too much resistance to sliding. While this is good for preventing slipping down while you work it does take getting into the chair a little more difficult. Overall I am happy with the chair and would recommend it to anyone interested in improving their sitting posture. As far as assembly is concerned I did not have any problems putting it together however if you are mechanically challenged you may need help.

It is a good chair but not worthy of five stars due to a few minor gripes but not enough to return it.
