Can sit for hours...

I needed something for a home office in Florida where it’s usually humid and warm. The seat breathes nicely but the arm rests are hard. As a digital artist who spends hours in this chair at a time padded armrests would be really nice. My back usually hurts after a half hour in other chairs but not this one. It’s got good support whether you’ve got good posture or not and it’s wide enough to sit with a leg up or however you want to sit comfortably. The neck rest is a nice touch. When I need to throw my head back out of frustration it’s nice to know that little cushy thing is there to make me feel better about my life choices for the day. The actual seat part can be a little hard sometimes. Nothing a seat cushion can’t fix. But again the mesh is nice because of the climate I’m in. I feel like it’s worth the money. Also it’s easy to assemble.

I just bought this chair today after sitting on all the chairs in the store. This one addressed all my aches and pains of sitting. Lumbar is great and the head rest is defiantly a plus for long hours of working from home. This was the easiest chair I have ever put together. Packaged well and very easy to understand the directions. This a an A+++ in my book. I could fall asleep in the chair. Perfect for my needs and fits my frame perfect. 5' 6" tall if one is taller the head rest might fit differently. I will not need my butt pillow or my back pillow with this chair. It feels like I am floating. I hope the mesh survives the 5+ years as I did not spend the extra 19.00 for the insurance. I believe it will. This is a MUST buy if you work at your desk for long hours. I will update after a full 8 hours of working.

DO NOT BUY. THE MESH SEATING WILL SAG AND IT CAUSED ME BACK PAIN. LOT of people reported the same issue with this chair. You can find them in the reviews section. I bought my first Hyken Mesh Chair on August 2019 from Staples in Springfield PA. Few weeks after using this chair the mesh seat started sagging and I started having SEVERE LOWER BACK PAIN. I called Staples and they offered to send me this replacement chair since it was under warranty. I requested them for a store credit since I am afraid that the same replacement chair might make my back pain worse. But they were not able to help me out. I still haven't opened the replacement chair they send me. As a long term Staples customer I was disappointed in Staples. I bought a Staples brand chair that caused me back pain. After contacting Staples multiple times via chat in store and via phone didn't help me to get a store credit to buy a different chair.
