Hurts my butt!

Usable seat width is more like 16.5" not 19.3" because otherwise you will be sitting on hard plastic. They padded the front of the seat because they knew people wouldn't like the back of their thighs resting on hard plastic so why not the sides as well? Very dissatisfied do not buy unless you are petite

Wonderfully comfortable. The feature most attractive to me is that the arms are adjustable (or even removable) which makes the chair especially usable for people of different sizes/arm lengths typing techniques ...

Chair is firm and good for office work. The arms are a little right if you are a larger sized person. I’m 6 ft 260 lbs with muscular build and my hips get stuck from time to time depending on what material pants I have on. That my only literal complaint. Overall good product. Just not made for larger statutes individuals

It's not a bad chair. I like how you can change the back but I do wish it had a little more cushion.
