I've had my new chair for about a week now and I'm happy with everything about it. Especially that I'm not experiencing the neck and shoulder pain I had with my old chair. I sit at my computer for about 10 hours a day so I felt I deserved this change and I'm so glad I did it!

This chair is not good for daily use or extended periods of use. It is very uncomfortable due to think butt and armrest padding. It also feels really cheap and the little white arm rest caps keep falling out. If you only use it once and a while and not for long periods of time. It's okay but still not good.

Chair is well made but the head rest isn't adjustable enough to fit my head/neck area (I'm 6 foot tall). the head rest jabs me in the shoulders at best. I'm thinking of removing the head rest and use it without .
