Headrest too low.

I'm 5' 10" and the headrest hits my shoulders at the highest setting. I don't know how someone could design a chair that doesn't even fit an average sized male.
The headrest is nice and in the right spot but the seat isn’t very comfortable. If I’m upright and sitting properly it dips downward at the back and causes my butt to fall into a pocket and forces the front of the seat to dig into the back of my thighs. The lumbar support is good but even though it’s adjustable it’s too low. There is only one recline option and it’s too loose no matter how much I adjust the tension under the seat. It needed recline steps. I just fall too far backwards so it’s useless. Wish I could return. Needs more adjustment options including multiple recline steps seat tilt and back height.
The rest of the chair is great but I am tallish (6'2") and have a long torso. The head rest hits my shoulders and I cannot sit properly. I have taken the head rest off and use it without it.
I had expectations for this chair as the reviews were so positive. But after using the Staples Mesh Computer and Desk Chair those expectations have been met and exceeded. I looked at Human Solutions ergonomic chairs that ranged from $300 to more than a $1000. I had to ask myself what materials could they possibly be using to justify that price. And is that what it really takes to make a comfortable chair. Spending more money than necessary to achieve an end is not what I am into. I have always had to deal with back and neck pain sitting at a desk all day. I have been pain free since using this chair. I recommend it highly.
I was recently deployed work from home and my shifts are 10 hours long. Let me tell you…this is more comfortable than the chairs we have at the office which is saying a lot. I do not suffer fatigue while working so getting through the day is a breeze. Just don’t forget to take necessary breaks. :)
