I replaced a 20 year old Herman Miller chair that was starting to become long in the tooth. The new Hyken chair is an excellent replacement and the deep red color coordinates well with other furniture in my office and home. It is comfortable moves easily and was straight forward to assemble (by my 13 yo grandson).

I expected a long wait for delivery of my chair due to the virus emergency but to my surprise it arrived on time. No delay. My back pain is gone. I highly recommend this chair to anyone who works online most of the day.

Very comfortable and supportive. Didn't need the headrest but it can be left off without appearing bad.
