It is a nice comfortable chair and the lumbar support. The product was delivered on time and was fairly easy to assemble. The mesh also makes it lightweight unlike some of the padded office chairs.

My husband and my sister LOVE this chair. They both have one and would not be without it. My husband is 5’10” and he finds it very comfortable but his friend who is 6’1” said the head rest hits in an uncomfortable spot.

The lumbar support is painful and not removable. Also the mesh doesn’t seem firm enough and could tear over time. I’ll be returning.

I bought this chair a week ago now. It was easy to assemble and it's a very comfortable chair. I enjoy the adjustable arms and the tilt makes this chair the best. I had neck and shoulder pain prior and now my pain is all gone. The chair is amazing! I am glad I bought it. Wish I bought it sooner.

This chair relieved my aches and pains from the other chairs that I have and the one in the office. Worth every dime spent on it. Very comfortable fit is super. I love this chair. So glad I brought it. I was having pain in my arm very bad pain because the chair didn’t have the ergonomical support. From the day I started using this chair no pain in my arm. It truly has ergonomical support.
