I ordered this chair on a Tuesday afternoon and it arrived at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday morning! Great delivery service!! The assembly wasn't too bad and only took about 25 minutes from un-packing until it was completed. The chair is really comfortable and all the adjustments work perfectly on it. If I had one minor complaint I wish I could adjust the back a little further away from the seat and make the seat length a bit longer which give more support under my legs closer to my knees (or just make the seat a little longer). I have been using this chair now for 2 weeks working 12-hr. days and really like it.

Decent Chair bad quality control.

The edges of the chair is quite sharp and the mesh aren't tucked away properly so in my case whenever I brush my leg or arm on the edge of the chair where the frame meets the mesh it scratch me.

I really like the the mesh office chair. The set is So much more comfortable. No more sore bottom. Lost 1 star because I had to remove the head backrest price as it is not adjustable for height. I'm only 5'9" and it was a bit too low for me.

Extremely comfortable however I am 6'-4" and the neck rest digs into my shoulders so i just dont use it other than that its great.
