Very uncomfortable

The mesh tension is comfortable but the overall shape of the chair plus the fact there is almost no adjustment options make it very uncomfortable.

I am really starting to like my new chair. This chair allows you to make many adjustments; and after making a few I now feel comfortable and have the back support that I need.

Great for small and short

I'm 5'7" 160 lbs. It fits me perfectly and feels really comfortable. However I give it 4 stars because the headrest needs to be more adjustable. I got this chair for the guy who works for me 6' 190 lbs. The headrest was pressing the back of his shoulder even after he pull it all the way up.

This chair except for the headrest is fairly comfortable easy to adjust and looks great. The headrest is poorly designed and positioned.

Exactly what I needed

Chair is very comfortable for 8 hour days. I am 5'2" and the seat depth is perfect for my height. Back and shoulder pain is gone.
