The head rest is not working either for me or my wife. the height of head rest is not adjustable. the angel of head rest is adjustable not fit too. Arm rest height adjustable but not convenient to do so. However the mesh design keep you cool after few hours working.

Surprised by how much I love this chair. Needed as work from home order that started as a few days became weeks until ...who knows. But love that this was easy for me to put together in about 30 minutes without interruption.

Love this chair. I'm about 5'7" so the head rest doesn't hit me just right. I wish it could be adjusted up/down a bit but other than that this is a great desk chair.

I sit in front of a computer 12+ hours a day 8 of them work the rest gaming or just computering. Even my office chair (before the WFH/quarantine) wasn't this comfortable - I quite literally do not need to get up at all. 10/10 would buy again. Actually recommended it to quite a few of my co-workers.
