Great Chair but I was sent Red instead of Black

This chair is really great. Working from home 8 hours a day due to social distancing guidelines I need a chair similar to those really expensive Herman mesh chairs. This I feel is almost better in ways to thst chair. The lumbar support is right where I need it and the chair can rock and can lock in at any reclined angle if you want. There is a tension knob to increase or decrease the tension an adjustable head rest. Perfect for me at 5 ft 7. This can be removed if you want. Only complaint I have with chair is even though the arm rest can move up and down the armrest themselves are very hard. Softer arm rest would of made this a five star chair. Only other issue I had was I ordered black but got red instead. The box states black but it was red. I was also bummed that the black chairs are selling for like $160 a week after I bought when I paid about $230 for mine. My friend at work got the black one at the lower price. But still is a great chair a d a grew at value for a chair that is replacing one that is 5 times the costs of this one. SI did not return red because I didn't want to the hassel bit for those considering the red the red is not as red as the picture makes it on the site. It's a darker red mixed with the black mesh soit is a little muted. I'm ok with it but still was not the color I ordered.

Ive had a old leather chair for some time. Was old had a rip and needed to be replaced. I was hesitant about getting a mesh chair but took a chance after reading the reviews. Wow this chair is great! Glad I bought it. Wish I wouldve made the decision sooner.

Great chair for the price

Like so many others I've been sitting in my home office a lot these days. My old chair was giving me low back pain so I ordered this one from Staples. It arrived the next day! The instructions were very straightforward with the bolts color-coded and separately packaged. I had it assembled in about 20 minutes including taking everything out of the box. The chair is comfortable and has great lower back support. The headrest takes some getting used to and it's only helpful if you like to lean back and stare at the ceiling. It can be easily removed altogether. I'm sure I could have spent a lot more for an even more comfortable chair but I'm happy with the choice I made. Can't beat it for the price.

This chair was perfect for me! I love the way I feel completely supported sitting in the chair. I’m 5’9” and it fits me like a glove. Assembling the chair was not difficult and did not take too long and I love the way it looks. I would definitely recommend purchasing this chair.

This chair is so comfortable vs. my previous one which left my back and neck aching at the end of the day especially if I didn't get up enough. Especially appreciate the neck support. My husband said it was so easy to put together with the parts divided up for each step. Love the grey color.

The moment he opened the box he was super excited. He said it looks cool -- it didn't take too long for him to assemble. It's comfortable and he likes that the arm rests can be adjusted.
