Love it - perfect for the money

This isn't the BEST chair ever but picking it up on sale and another $15 off made it $150 and for that price I'm happy. Bought this for my new Covid home office. I expect to spend about 10 hours a day and confident it's good enough for the next few months. I'd buy this chair again in fact my daughter now wants one (only waiting for it to go on sale again). Pros - comfy well made heavy but rolls nice easy to put together 75% of the features you need mostly ergonomic very attractive headrest is a nice option mesh contact area seems very durable and breathable arm rest are nice thick high density foam-ish rubber (really like them). Cons - arms move in and out but need to loosen bolts (3 each side) to do so. Arms do not "twist" - they stay facing forward. Headrest does not go up ar enough for me to call perfect (Im 6'2")

The only issue is that the head rest will not adjust high enough for someone who's 6' or taller.

I went into staples to buy an office chair ...after having a bad experience at Costco ..the manager at Staples greeted us very kindly led us to the office chairs and stayed with us until we made a decision offered to carry the chair and was very gracious I can’t tell you how much that meant to us during this difficult time his kindness and his courtesy showed his true professionalism thank you

The chair isnt good for tall people. I am 6 foot 2 and the head rest somethings feel at an awkward position
