Comfortable material love the adjustable height to raise and lower the whole chair. The neck rest would be amazing if only it sat at my neck level and not higher up on my head. Only the entire chair and arm rests raise up and down. The neck position the lumbar or the seat is stationary and cannot be adjusted in any direction. This means you need to exactly fit in the chair and it can never fit to you unless you are shaped exactly like the chair is. I’m disappointed There are no lumar seat or next adjustments

Chair assembly - head rest

The screw holes the "nuts"embedded in the chair back were not straight. so they did not align with the bolt holes in the head rest. Eventually I drilled out the holes in the chair back and added washers to make it work. My billable rate is almost the sales price of the chair - since i am restricted to my home and needed the chair to comfortably work from home it is a wash. Chinese manufacturing tolerances are handled about the same as the laboratory controls!!!

Recent events resulted in a need to work from home. At first I resorted to using random chairs; however after long working sessions I realized I needed something better. Research led me to decide on the Hyken mostly due to the high amount of positive reviews (it is hard to really get a feel for a chair without viewing it in person). After a week I can report that this chair has been very comfortable for the amount of time I've been spending in it. I've endured 8-10 hour sessions at my desk due to work issues; but this chair has been great in keeping me comfortable. Was I sitting in it thinking it was the best chair in the world? No but I can say that I actually didn't notice the chair or really think about my comfort. To me a great office chair if it becomes invisible while I'm working and is not a distraction. Quality is good and comfort is similar to some $800+ chairs that my employers had. If you're looking for a good chair for work-from-home I would recommend this chair.

I had an office chair that is good but wasn't made for an 8-10 hour day. I bought this on a friend's recommendation and it's been great. It was easy to put together and feels sturdy. I like the lumbar support adjustable headrest and mesh material which is breathable. Also my chair was damaged during delivery. I called Staples and they sent me a replacement part right away. The chair has a 7-year warranty so I feel like it's going to hold up.

I was pleasantly surprised to find that this chair was quite comfortable to sit for long durations. It has decent lumbar support. If I compare this to the chair I had at my office it falls short since it wobbles a bit. However for the price I think its a good option for someone looking to WFH needs a decent chair.

I was told about this chair and all the hype. It's ok could use better lean back adjustment. Otherwise it's comfy. Wouldn't pay full price.
