Disappointing height

I'm 6 feet tall. When I sit straight he head / neck support protrudes into the back of my upper back and shoulders and isn't adjustable. The chair otherwise seems OK. If you're 5 foot 7 this may work well for you.

I first purchased this chair several years ago for the workplace and liked it so much that I bought one for home. I recently changed departments and just got another one. It's comfortable for someone who is barely 5'2". I don't use the detachable headrest but I imagine taller people would appreciate that feature.

Fantastic so far

Been using it for about 3 weeks now and I love it. Perfect height for me (i'm 5'2). Very happy with all the adjustable features- I can adjust the arms high enough so that I can sit cross legged. I especially recommend this chair if you like to rock and or swivel back and forth. My only dislike so far is that I wish the armrests were cushier.
