I was looking for an office chair that I can use at my house since I have to be in front of a computer long hours that would provide great lumbar support as I have a lower back problem. I had purchased a chair from Staples about 5 years ago and was happy with that chair before my back problems but since then it wasn't a good fit. So I looked for something that I can use in the other room while my wife used the old one. I found Hyken chair and after reading the reviews I decided to give a try. Unfortunately neither the charcoal or the black versions were available for delivery so I bought the red one hoping that it wasn't a bad choice at the end. I am quite happy with the red one which is more like a maroon color and goes very well with our red carpet. The most important part of this review is how do I like the chair overall. So far I am loving it. Lumbar and head supports are wonderful and the chair feels excellent for my back and overall comfort. Highly recommend it

No more neck pain

After working remotely for the past few months my inferior desk chair caught up with me. I was having severe neck pain from lack of support. A co-worker of mine had ordered this chair and raved about it. I ordered the chair and received it within 24 hours. Super easy assembly. Literally within two work days my neck pain disappeared. The chair is very ergonomic and the adjustable neck support is fantastic. Very comparable to the chair I have at work for a fraction of the cost.
