I'm 71" tall and 230 pounds...long body and wide shoulders...lol with no butt. I've had one back surgery and my spine has the full list of everything that can go wrong. Sometimes i spend 18hrs in a chair....and with this one i have no tail bone hurting nor shoulder back...the mesh is great. The only reason for 4 stars is that i had to remove the headrest and install one that goes higher...as the stock one hit my shoulder at it's highest setting also it wouldn't hurt to make the lumbar just a little bit wider for guys like me. Still i will be telling the rest of my fellow vets that this is the chair to get.

Great chair but...

Great chair. Solid support adjustable enough what I expected. Only downside is the headrest is a little low - I'm 6'1" and even with the headrest at the highest position and fully tilted back it hits the top of my back instead of my head. If I lean back in the chair so the back is a little "longer" it works great - but upright sitting is slightly less comfortable than I had hoped.

Excellent chair for neck pain and back pain.

I am 5'4'' tall and the head rest seems to be slightly taller for me. I had placed a small cushion on the seat to get it to the perfect height. Otherwise the chair is extraordinary for any purpose. It's actually relieving my neck and shoulder pains. Recommending this chair even when you are not working on a computer to keep your posture erect. My Husband is taller than me he did not have any neck problem earlier but still loves this chair a lot. He can work for hours together on this chair. We fight for this chair and eventually got an extra one (one in black and one in gray). By the Charcoal Gray seems cool (as good as or better than black IMO) for those who like to try!
