It has everything we wanted in a home office chair--as the headline says. Assembly was challenging but well-directed and finally easy for two old-timers. The only drawback is the head-rest fixed and unforgiving (and me with a bad neck) so I finally removed it. All in all a bit pricey but a good product. We'll keep it.

This chair provides neck and lumbar support where I need it. I am five foot two inches tall and weigh 100 pounds. I suffer from tension headaches caused by issues with my neck and upper back muscles. This chair was specifically recommended during an ergonomic evaluation by a nurse at my work. I have been using it for two months now and live it. I have recommended this chair to multiple people. My sister has already purchased the chair but has not used it long enough to have an opinion yet.

Perfect for my small apartment and desk configuration that does not allow a chair with arms which do not have to be attached. The seat depth and back support are great for me a tall person. I would definitely recommend this chair to others. In short you get what you pay for!

I ordered this chair at the store and was amazed at the excellent service. Sales Representative Jessica was unusually friendly and attentive. She not only helped me choose a beautiful chair but also quickly placed an order. The next day I received my order assembled and packaged in plastic (Which is very important during the current epidemic). The chair is very comfortable provides support for the neck and lower back. I recommend this chair if you spend a lot of time at the computer.

I needed a new office chair since mine was on its last leg. I was skeptical about this chair with the headrest and the possibility of not being comfortable - BOY WAS I WRONG. It is the most comfortable chair I have ever sat in. There are days I work for 12 to 14 hours and this chair helps that happen - ahh DEFINITY RECOMMEND

The chair is very uncomfortable. The mesh is not soft mesh and does not give. Also the lumbar support is broken. It will constantly move down when you sit in it and will not stay in the place you place it in. I plan on taking it back.

I had multiple chairs at home bought in 2015. BTW These are great chairs the quality is excellent on par with the office chairs we have @work that cost over 2K. One of my home chair's headrest was broken. Not expecting much I called the company they said they have a 7-year warranty and sent a replacement within a week. I was blown away with the service and their backing of the product. Buy this if you are looking for support/comfort/quality and a great company to back its products with a solid warranty. Awesome guys - thank you
