Really like the Hyken desk chair

Love the chair. Very comfortable good support and seems well-made. Several store employees really pushed us to buy an extended three-year warranty which was making my husband and me worry about its long-term durability. My desk chair at the office has lasted over 15 years. If this one doesn't make it past three years I will never buy a chair or other products from Staples again. We do not believe you should have to purchase extended warranties for furniture.

Great Home Office Chair

We purchased this chair for our home office from which I'm currently working full time. I wanted something that was very comfortable offered excellent back support and had a breathable fabric. This chair fit all of the criteria really well. It was also extremely easy to assemble. In fact the assembly parts were better organized than for any piece of furniture I've ever put together in my life. My job requires that I be at my desk for long periods of time. I've been just as comfortable after 6-7 hours as I was after 5 minutes. I would highly recommend this to anyone needing a good office chair.

Best. Chair. Ever.

I bought this chair a couple of years ago and absolutely loved it. I can't believe how comfortable it is - particularly the seat. I thought for sure it would never stand up to my previous super-padded executive chair since there's no padding at all but it beat that one hands down. Over time the hydraulic lift cylinder gave out and I was unable to find a replacement for it anywhere - it's far smaller around than any replacement I could find. I was forced to buy a different chair in March - I've been telecommuting for years and need an office chair - but at the start of the shelter-in-place order the entire city descended on Staples and this model was sold out in black and grey. I bought a different chair that looked fine - and WAS fine for about a week. Then the backaches started. It's June now and the Hyken is back in stock so I just bought it again and will be putting my current chair in the basement as a task chair.
