This chair is very adequate. I’m a good sized man and it accommodates me but not a lot to spare. For the price I thought it would look more professional it is a little less than I expected so now will see how it holds up. The headrest as mentioned by others hits me at the shoulder blades but I didn’t expect to use it so is not an issue.

Just got it yesterday. Assembly is not bad; as long as you usually are competent at such things you will be fine Very comfortable. I work 10 hour + and days and since I started teleworking full time the inadequacy of my old desk chair made that torture. In this chair I find I am sitting comfortably and in approved ergonomic position without having to think about it. I am no longer thinking about my chair (in a bad way) all day. FYI I am 5’5”. Not saying it only works for my size - I am only me and do not know. But for me it does work nicely.
